Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate patient care professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality individualized care to patients within a health service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care within scope of practice and delegation
  • Support patients with daily care, mobility, and communication needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation to guide ongoing care
  • Assist with clinical procedures, equipment cleaning, and preparation
  • Contribute to safety, quality improvement, and WHS practices

Requirements:

  • Certificate III Acute Care (HLT33115) or be enrolled in Bachelor of Nursing (second year)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated ability to use information technology systems
  • Proven ability to be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptive as clinical needs arise, and stay within the scope of practice
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
