As the Contract Manager, you'll provide high-level oversight across plant maintenance operations, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Your role will be pivotal in managing contractual obligations, maintaining operational continuity, and leading stakeholder engagement in a unionised labour environment.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of contract performance and delivery across the Loy Yang Mine maintenance contract, building strong working relationships with clients, contractors, superintendents, and union stakeholders, ensuring compliance with commercial and safety requirements, driving continuous improvement, monitoring contractor performance and service levels, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met, providing clear and professional written reports to stakeholders and internal management, managing budgets, variations, and procurement in alignment with contract requirements, and coaching and delegating to on-site operational leaders.
