The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IT professional to provide helpdesk support and onsite technical assistance to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and ticket management systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing level 2 helpdesk support to our clients via phone and email
  • Performing onsite technical assistance at customer sites located within Metro and regional NSW
  • Working with our team to resolve technical issues and improve our IT services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a Service Desk or Field Services role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and ticket management systems
  • A valid driver's licence and your own transport
