About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Liaison Officer.

  • Advocate for the needs of GP supervisors in the training network.
  • Develop and enhance systems, policies, and processes to support general practice training environments.
  • Represent the Supervisor Network at industry forums and liaise with stakeholders like General Practice Supervisors Australia.
  • Collaborate with RACGP teams, Registrars, and Practice Managers to deliver quality improvements

Skill & Experience:

  • Registered and accredited GP Supervisor of AGPT.
  • Fellowship of the RACGP or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of AGPT training environments and policies.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement (highly desirable).

About the Position:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Liaison Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for advocating for the needs of GP supervisors, developing and enhancing systems and processes, and representing the Supervisor Network at industry forums.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. They will also have a sound understanding of AGPT training environments and policies, as well as experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
