About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Officer to join our team at Charterhouse. As a key contributor to our marketing efforts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in the creation and execution of our digital marketing plan, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Create Engaging Content: Write, edit, and publish high-quality content across various digital channels, including social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Analyze Campaign Results: Monitor and report on the performance of our digital marketing campaigns, including metrics such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Develop and implement a social media strategy, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Update Website Content: Ensure that our website is up-to-date and accurate, including creating and publishing new content, updating existing content, and maintaining website architecture.
  • Assist with SEO and SEM Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of our search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategy, including keyword research, link building, and paid advertising.
  • Develop Marketing Collateral: Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, to support our marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, ability to analyze data and create reports, experience with social media management tools, and knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
