As a dynamic retail leader, you will take charge of an energetic team and drive commercial performance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong grasp of store operations.

You will be empowered to lead your store to success with the support of a dedicated merchandise manager. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading by example to achieve and exceed sales & KPI targets
  2. Motivating, coaching & developing your team to success
  3. Managing store profitability, budgets & expenses
  4. Maintaining high visual merchandising & stock control standards
  5. Ensuring compliance with safety, cash handling & company policies

In this role, you will shape your store's culture, drive commercial performance, and lead from the front. You will also have opportunities for career growth across stores and pathways into head office opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in a retail management role.
