Education and Public Programs Officer Role

This is a part-time position responsible for the development and delivery of curriculum and educational content and programs onsite, online and through outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer education programs, manage bookings and payments, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to grow visitation.
  • Design and deliver curriculum and educational content onsite, online and through outreach.
  • Ensure education programs remain relevant to the Education Department's curriculum requirements.
  • Guide the development of professional learning opportunities for teachers, incorporating research components.
  • In collaboration with the Centre Manager, develop and deliver a wide range of public programs.
  • Support the development of Eureka interpretative content as directed by the Manager Eureka Centre.
