Job Summary:

The Curriculum Support Specialist provides complex administrative processes to support course and unit development and management for the academic portfolio.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing administrative support for course and unit development and management, aligning delivery with strategic objectives, and undertaking accreditation and re-accreditation for the academic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with designated stakeholders to implement and maintain a streamlined framework for shared services.
  • Provide problem-solving support for academic staff and other stakeholders.
  • Support multiple facets of the academic lifecycle of courses and participate in business process mapping.
  • Work closely with senior staff on accreditation, re-accreditation, and course reviews.
  • Provide support to committees, including minute-taking.

About You:

This role requires administrative experience in a Higher Education setting, including proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively under conflicting timelines and deadlines, and interpret policies and procedures.
