Product Director

A strategic leader is sought for our team to spearhead the future of savings and superannuation.
This position requires an individual who can craft a roadmap that delivers customer value, drive innovation through agile squads and enhancements, own performance and financial outcomes, identify growth opportunities, coach a high-performing team in collaboration and curiosity, design acquisition and engagement strategies for diverse customer segments, stay up-to-date on market trends and regulatory shifts, and manage superannuation operations with precision and care.
Essential Qualifications- Proven experience in product management, strategy, or digital banking is essential
- Strong understanding of savings products and regulations is required
- Leadership experience in agile environments and cross-functional teams is necessary
- Financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills are essential
- Experience managing vendors and navigating APRA/ASIC frameworks is preferred
- Passion for customer experience and delivering real outcomes is a must
- Bold and creative mindset to challenge the status quo is desired
