About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our Order Support team at National Tiles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing coaching and training to team members, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of Team responsibilities, including mailbox management, order issue resolution, and team coaching.
  • Encourage team members to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively drive the team towards proactivity rather than reactivity by coaching and mentoring.
  • Build positive working relationships with your team and maintain strong business relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Operate in line with Order Support targets, customer satisfaction, and NPS.
Requirements
  • A natural leader with great initiative and a proven track record for providing mentoring to the team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
