Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Electrical Engineers to deliver Electrical products and services
- Oversee the development of Electrical engineering designs, processes, and activities
- Ensure compliance with Gilmour Space Technologies' policies, plans, and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a relevant qualification
- 5+ years of experience in professional Electrical design engineering settings
- 3+ years of end-to-end Electrical product development experience
- In-depth understanding of Systems Engineering practices
- NV1 Security Clearance eligible
- Maintains or is eligible for CPENG and RPEQ
- Experience developing and manufacturing harnesses
- Experience creating standalone units from electrical COTS parts
- Experience with PCB development
- Experience with Mechanical Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Experience developing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition solutions
- Experience with industrial safety critical/real time control applications
