Retail Shelf Replenishment Specialist

Replenishing retail shelves requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. As a merchandiser/shelf stockist, your primary responsibility will be to replenish empty shelves with new incoming stock in a fast-paced retail store environment.

While any home gardening experience is beneficial, it's not essential for this role. However, you should have basic knowledge of plant care and be able to work independently.

This is a casual position that requires you to work approximately 3-5 hours on specific days at various locations.

We're looking for someone who can effectively manage their time, has excellent communication skills, and preferably holds some experience in merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenishing empty shelves with new incoming stock
  • Working in a fast-paced retail store environment
  • Maintaining store displays and ensuring they are visually appealing

Requirements:

  • Reliable and punctual attendance
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic knowledge of plant care
  • Previous merchandising experience an advantage
