Role Summary:
About the Role- We are seeking a talented individual to lead category leadership and drive digital shelf excellence initiatives that outpace market growth.
- This role will be responsible for developing and implementing eCategory strategies tailored to each retailer's digital ecosystem.
- Develop eCategory strategies that meet business objectives.
- Shape assortment and placement recommendations across all active categories and channels, leveraging data and insights.
- Identify growth drivers to improve category penetration and shopper conversion online.
- Digital shelf metrics: visibility, availability, content health, and search performance.
- Data analysis from platforms like Profitero, Data Impact, and Syndigo to uncover opportunities and threats.
- Tertiary qualification in marketing/commerce economics/business (or equivalent).
- 3-5 years' experience in Category Management, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Retail.
