Job Description

Reimagining a superior brand experience across powerhouse brands on various retailer e-commerce platforms is our goal. The Digital Experience Lead will drive this vision forward by leading the discoverability strategy to deliver optimal digital consumer experiences.

This includes maximizing digital shelf presence through optimised product content to enhance the shopper experience, as well as leading search strategy (paid + organic) to drive visibility and increase conversion.

The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer development, brand marketing, and external customers.

A key responsibility will be overseeing the development of the digital shelf to drive brand experience and conversion, and leading reporting to share insights within the wider business.

In this role, you will lead the digital shelf strategy to drive e-commerce growth and superior brand experience, work with account configuration, keyword targeting, and reporting/insights.

You will oversee the development of best-in-class A+ Content and Product Detail Page management for all key retailer websites and internal platforms.

Your expertise in identifying optimisation opportunities across the digital shelf will ensure high visibility, discoverability, and purchase intent on retailer platforms.

Fostering a performance culture via continuously measuring and sharing the results of digital shelf performance, sales, and market shares to optimise strategy, content, and execution is crucial.

Driving online revenue growth across major retailers by ensuring optimal digital shelf presentation and continuous content optimisation is a key objective.
