Chief Financial Analyst

As a financial analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the head of finance in managing the company's financial planning, forecasting and variance analysis. This involves proactively partnering with key business leaders to understand key performance drivers and ensuring timely delivery of financial objectives to enable informed strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present management reports, dashboards, and gather commentary to ensure accurate reflection of financial results to executive management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
- Analyse performance across planning and forecasting cycles, lead analysis of key KPIs, provide actual results insights, and highlight implications for the longer-term financial outlook.
- Tertiary qualified in accounting or business with a CA/CPA qualification highly regarded.
- Strong technical financial modelling and forecasting expertise, advanced Excel skillset and financial systems know-how.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Highly accountable, strive to meet deadlines, and have proven ability to solve complex strategic business problems while remaining commercially minded.
