Job Description

This is a full-time position requiring a relevant combination of work and education experience. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, Architects, etc., to design, build, implement, and test quality technical or functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.
  • Articulate product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.
  • Manage backlog of user stories for one or more projects/features.
  • Establish user story acceptance criteria, accept user stories, refine stories with Scrum teams.
  • Review and provide feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.
  • Create Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.
  • Monitor development progress and provide updates to stakeholders as requested.
  • Lead planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
  • Interact with product owners and product managers to define/translate requirements and modifications into product designs.
Required Skills:
  • A basic understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of electronic fund transfer (EFT), payments, Gateway, and Cash Management.
  • General IT knowledge, with the ability to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong work ethic, with a responsive attitude towards internal and external clients and contacts.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A high degree of numeracy and the capacity to handle complex concepts.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Possessing the desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.
Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
