  • Developing and implementing effective safety plans in consultation with parents, family members, children, and other agencies
  • Providing primary and secondary casework services to families from your target community, building strong relationships and trust
  • Cultural consultations to support colleagues working with families from your target community

You will be required to work flexibly across Illawarra or Shoalhaven, prioritizing building strong relationships with local communities.

We offer a comprehensive range of benefits, including competitive remuneration, flexible working arrangements, industry-leading training, and career development opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

We value diversity and inclusion in the workplace, actively promoting equal employment opportunities for women, people with a disability, Aboriginal people, LGBTQI+ individuals, and those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families, leveraging your skills, knowledge, and experience to drive meaningful change.

We invite applications from motivated and compassionate professionals who share our commitment to creating a safer, more supportive community for all.
