About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate M&A Specialist to join our team at Clearcompany. As a key member of our corporate practice, you will work closely with our Partners to advise on complex M&A transactions, negotiate legal agreements, and provide technical advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and negotiation of agreements
  • Negotiate and draft legal agreements, including shareholder agreements, licenses, and sale and purchase agreements
  • Provide technical advice on corporate law matters, including intellectual property protection and structuring
  • Maintain high-quality service and client relationships
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably from a top-tier firm
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Confidence in managing client relationships
