The purpose of this role is to support the factory team as a Skilled Labourer with Gantry Experience preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

- Familiarising oneself with the location of the yards, lanes, stations and fields.
- Conducting pre- and post-operation checks.
- Collaborating with and taking direction from the groundsman to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Safely lifting, moving, tilting over, loading and stocking large pieces of manufacturing products onto trailers and field locations.
- Reading production prints/instructions from a tablet or having the ability to learn.
- Being able to read a tape measure.
- Following instructions and possessing good communication skills.

Essential qualifications and experience:

- Having a basic knowledge of crane inspection and operations.
- Minimum one year operating overhead cranes.
