Job Title: Senior Operational Risk Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Operational Risk Lead to join our team at Tideri Jobbörse. As a key member of our Compliance and Risk department, you will be responsible for providing expert analysis, guidance, and risk management advice to our clients in the Banking and Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing the Assurance Team, setting objectives, and allocating responsibilities
Supporting the Business in reviewing risk profiles and control environments
Facilitating Risk Management Forums and preparing specialist content
Providing risk advisory support to enable informed decision-making
Supporting the development and implementation of effective controls to manage key risks
Identifying opportunities to simplify and automate the control environment
Conducting regulatory control attestations and supporting internal audit reviews
Managing risk data quality and coordinating data for NFR Hub reporting
Supporting change risk assessments and the management of risks related to change implementation
Driving team culture and employee experience initiatives

What You'll Bring:
Strong knowledge of Operational Risk Management processes and frameworks
Analytical skills to assess risk and control data, identifying trends and solutions
Experience leading high-performing teams in changing environments
Deep understanding of risk and compliance regulations and frameworks
Excellent relationship management skills with key stakeholders and enablers
Experience designing and managing business controls
A desire to embed risk management in day-to-day operations
Ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation
Knowledge of RG271, RG277, and RG78 would be highly regarded
Banking and finance industry knowledge, coupled with risk management or internal audit experience
