About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Professional to join our team as a Back of House Manager. This role is responsible for leading the inventory management process, ensuring stock is floor-ready and efficiently managed.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role within a high-turnover, large-format fashion retailer. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as well as ability to work towards tight deadlines without compromising on output.

This role operates Monday to Friday with varying hours, requiring flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and priorities. A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, combined with excellent communication skills, is necessary to succeed in this position.

  • Lead Inventory Management Team: Direct and manage the inventory management team, prioritising daily tasks and ensuring efficient stock movement.
  • Stock Replenishment: Plan and manage stock deliveries, achieving door-to-door period of 24 hours.
  • Inventory Control: Ensure maximum stock availability through effective management of replenishment systems and optimise back-of-house layout for efficiency.
  • Loss Prevention: Assist with stock loss management and procedures, providing guidance and coaching to team members.

This is a key leadership role within our store, requiring someone who can build and motivate a team while driving operational excellence.
