Job Title: Inventory Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced and organized Inventory Management Professional to fill a key role in our Brisbane operation.

About the Role:

  • Manage product availability in Grocery (Dry Goods) and Dairy departments, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Liaise with Store Managers to achieve sales targets, cost control, and inventory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and ensure effective communication.

About You and Your Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
