Responsibilities
  • Process receipt of returns parts and coordinate transport to suppliers
  • Report progress of return items, including internal performance and supplier recovery
  • Manage internal and external enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Support the reporting and analysis of Warranty department Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Support the running of reports to enable data analysis and daily team functions
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including dealers, suppliers, employees, and senior management
  • Use data analytics to drive business change
  • Audit dealers' warranty processes and procedures
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Business/Finance/IT degree or similar subject with a placement year
  • IT literate with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Confident individual with a strong academic background
  • Ability to analyze data and work independently
  • Self-motivated with good communication and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
