Recruitment Coordinator Job Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing a recruitment process that is proactive and consistent. This role encompasses various tasks, including presenting at recruitment days for new employees, building relationships with internal stakeholders, participating in ongoing recruitment projects, and being part of a collaborative team environment.

This position requires knowledge of blue-collar personnel sourcing and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will possess high levels of self-motivation, the ability to work with and manage conflicting priorities, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a strong understanding of relevant mining qualifications, tickets, and licenses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present at 'Recruitment Days' for new employees
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide recruitment advice
  • Participate in ongoing recruitment projects and initiatives across various projects
