Early Careers Recruitment Consultant - 12-month fixed term contract

An opportunity exists within our Perth team for an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant to support our award-winning graduate and intern recruitment programmes. This is a 12-month fixed term position.

What's it like to be on our team?

As an Early Careers Recruitment Consultant at Aurecon, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce, working closely with the Graduate Recruitment Lead, Recruitment Teams, and Talent Development teams to deliver impactful early careers campaigns.

Here's a glimpse of your adventure:
- Bringing talent on board - Partner with the Graduate Recruitment Lead and team to execute Aurecon's Graduate and Intern Campaign, attracting diverse, high-quality talent.- Connecting with future talent - Build relationships with universities, student groups, and career services to enhance our presence and create talent pipelines.- Showcasing our brand - Promote our employer brand across social media and other advertising channels to ensure we attract the best and brightest.- Owning the journey - Manage and coordinate a high volume of early careers events, assessment centres, and key recruitment activities.- Diversity and inclusion in action - Work closely with teams to deliver recruitment strategies that support our diversity objectives.- Continuous improvement - Provide reporting and insights to help refine our programmes and ensure they remain innovative and competitive.

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll bring:
- Experience in a recruitment role, ideally with exposure to early careers or high-volume hiring.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders.- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries.- A self-starter mindset with a strong customer-service approach.
