Product Specialist Opportunity

The organization is seeking experts to provide expertise to customers and prospective customers, ensuring seamless execution of their technology within the customer's environment.

This entry-level role involves working closely with senior teams at various companies from multinational law firms and manufacturing companies to global retailers and pharmaceutical giants.

As a Product Specialist, you will cultivate professional relationships and understand customer needs, maintaining excellence in every interaction.

You will work collaboratively with Account Executives to deliver successful Proof of Values and manage live projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering successful Proof of Values and managing live projects with Account Executives
  • Providing expert advice on live projects or cases during the Proof of Value period
  • Acting as an authority on the product to support the sales team
  • Understanding individual use cases and reviewing requirements and needs of each prospect
  • Being a trusted adviser and resolving technical issues with Support and Technical operations teams
  • Designing custom workflows and solutions for live cases

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a scientific or analytical discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Articulate, charismatic, and confident in a customer-facing role
  • Highly detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in an innovative and fast-paced environment
