Clinical Coach Position
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Coach to join our team. As a Clinical Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team across Queensland West clinics to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Coaching and Development: Provide coaching, education, and training to clinicians to improve performance and ensure clinical excellence.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the State Sales and Operations Manager and national Clinical Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Training Program Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinician skills and knowledge.
- Hearing Assessment and Solutions: Assess and diagnose client hearing loss using various techniques, including audiometric tests. Recommend solutions to clients with hearing impairment, including amplification devices and assistive listening technologies.
- Audiology qualification or equivalent.
- Current membership or eligibility for membership of AudA or ACAud.
- QP number or eligibility to obtain one.
- Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
- Previous experience developing and delivering training.
