Lead Mental Health Clinician - Youth Support Specialist

In this key role, you'll have the opportunity to lead evidence-based practice, mentor colleagues, and provide psychological assessments and interventions for young people aged 12–25 experiencing low–moderate mental health concerns.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guiding Clinical Practice: Develop and implement high-quality clinical services, ensuring effective support for young people.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior clinicians, fostering their professional development and growth.
  • Interventions: Deliver tailored psychological assessments and interventions to address the unique needs of each young person.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified clinician
  • Knowledge of the National Standards for Mental Health Services
  • Experience supporting new graduates in their development toward independent practice
