Agile Project Coordinator

Lime Recruitment is partnering with a large Queensland government department to find an experienced Iteration Manager to join their team. This contract role is based in the Brisbane CBD and offers the flexibility of working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and other meetings, ensuring smooth project progress.
- Support self-managed teams in managing impediments and expediting interactions.
- Track sprint progress, maintain sprint flow, and communicate potential risks.
- Administer the project's backlog management tool and create dashboards for teams.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner/SMEs, and other technical team managers to ensure team focus on high priorities.
- Coach and engage team members to meet project objectives and uplift Agile capability.
Requirements:
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Devops
- Prior experience working as an iteration manager in a complex ICT environment within a large organisation
- Prior experience working with business/user team members with varying degrees of familiarity with ICT projects and Agile practices
- Demonstrated experience as a dedicated iteration manager/scrum master
- Well-developed understanding of agile behaviours, tools, and techniques, and proven ability to lead/coach an agile team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including user engagement, conflict management, negotiation, and influencing skills
