About the Role

Jesuit Social Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's policies and processes are effective and compliant, and that our staff are supported to enact our values and purpose.

This is a full-time role based at our Central Office in Richmond, with the option to work part-time. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of our organization's human resources strategy.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or significant experience in human resources. You will also need to have strong HR generalist skills, including industrial relations, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and training and development.

You will need to have experience in leadership at a senior level, with the ability to provide insightful and sound advice and influence discussions and strategy. You will also need to have a demonstrated understanding of HR policies and practices in a human services context, as well as experience in implementing and supporting a consultative industrial relations environment.
