About the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to work as Manufacturing Operatives. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operation of manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet productivity targets by maintaining high levels of team output
  • Conduct regular inspections of products and report to direct supervisor
  • Sort products, perform repetitive manual handling up to 25kg, weigh raw ingredients, sugars, starches, powders
  • Clean production lines and product storage bins on high-speed production line
  • Label products, box, pack, shrink wrap

Requirements:

  • Hold a current driver's license and have own reliable transport
  • Motivated to work, available to work 3 x 12 hour shifts per week, day and night shift
  • Able to work in a team environment, with high attention to detail and great numerical and literacy skills
  • Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen and medical assessment
