Job Title: Flexible Workforce Coordinator

About the Role:

  • Coordinate staff to ensure seamless teamwork.
  • Inspect and maintain employee attire and rectify any deficiencies.
  • Communicate with guests, colleagues or departments to meet guest requirements.
  • Respond to special event arrangements and strive to fulfill them.
  • Set up banquet areas ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment.
  • Inspect and maintain table set-ups for cleanliness, neatness and agreement with group requirements and company standards, resolving any issues.
  • Document pertinent information in relevant department logbooks.

Requirements:

  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Previous similar supervisory experience is advantageous.
