Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to support various committees and high-level forums. This is a unique opportunity to work with highly sensitive and confidential information while providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretariat services including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating presentation materials, minute taking, and documenting decision making processes
  • Undertake actions arising from committee meetings in a timely manner; coordinate the preparation of reports, submissions, briefing notes, correspondence, and annual report material
  • Assist in implementing and reviewing secretariat systems, processes, procedures, and information management systems to facilitate effective executive, business, and strategic support

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in supporting Boards, Committees, Councils, or similar
