Role overview

As our client base grows, we're expanding our Procurement service line with new opportunities in the Health and Heavy Industries sectors. These roles are part of a collaborative consulting team focused on delivering procurement strategies and efficiency-focused initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to travel interstate and internationally, contributing to impactful transformation projects.

What you will do

  • Develop procurement strategies
  • Assess cost-reduction opportunities using client spend data and contracts
  • Deliver cost-reduction projects including strategic sourcing, direct negotiations, and process improvements
  • Collaborate in project delivery teams to optimise and upskill client procurement functions
  • Lead project teams, depending on experience and skill level
  • Help shape the strategic direction of our practice
  • Build business cases for procurement transformation initiatives
  • Support the development of our digital procurement capabilities
  • Assist with sales, marketing, systems, and business development
  • Foster a high-performing, flexible, and inclusive team culture.

These roles can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.

About you

We're looking for someone who brings thoughtful analysis, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine interest in making a difference.

  • Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience (procurement preferred but not essential)
  • Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and systems
  • Experience leading teams in complex projects, or the ability to demonstrate leadership potential
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to interpret data and uncover opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute meaningfully
  • Interest in building a career in procurement consulting.

These roles require a willingness to travel across Australia.
