About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our team as the Managing Director of Mountain Top Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability, focusing on areas such as market expansion, product diversification, and operational efficiency.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of up to 10 staff members, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  • Quality and Innovation: Ensure the company's products meet or exceed quality standards through effective quality control measures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Supply Chain Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to optimize the supply chain and drive business success.
  • Market Analysis and Product Development: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion, collaborating with the product development team to bring new and innovative accessories to market.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize financial results.
  • Marketing and Brand Awareness: Oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and market share, working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying up to date with relevant regulations and implementing necessary measures to maintain compliance.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, effectively communicating our brand value and building valuable connections.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of business experience in a leadership role within a relevant industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth, experience in product development, marketing, and sales, and familiarity with pick-up truck accessories or related products.
