The Opportunity

We seek a highly experienced Virtual Adviser to deliver exceptional financial advice through our Online Advice Meeting platform. This role is ideal for a senior adviser with strong client relationship skills who thrives in a digital-first environment while maintaining a personalized, professional client experience.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients virtually, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored strategies that support their long-term success.
  • Collaborate with paraplanners, client service officers, and other team members to deliver seamless advice outcomes.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, market developments, and compliance requirements to ensure best-practice advice delivery.
  • Manage an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to grow and expand client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Adviser or similar client-facing advice role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients in a virtual setting.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning strategies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning, Business, or related discipline.
  • Must meet FASEA standards and hold current ASIC registration (or equivalent licensing requirements).
