Interim Head of Learning Module Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled educator to join our team as an Interim Head of Learning Module at Heathdale Christian College. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire students in a Christ-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Learning Module team to achieve academic excellence and student growth.
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the College's Christian philosophy of education.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers to ensure high-quality teaching and learning practices.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure student success and well-being.
- Identify and mitigate risks to child safety, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Postgraduate qualification in educational curriculum development or leadership.
- Master's in education or a related field.
- Minimum Degree in Education.
- Demonstrated commitment to the Lordship of Christ in all areas of life.
- Ability to lead, inspire, support, and encourage students through teaching from a Christian worldview.
