Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a degree-qualified professional with expertise in generalist human resources and operational HR functions. Key attributes include:

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or related discipline.
  • Proven experience in generalist human resources work.
  • Operational HR function experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in software packages (Word, Excel, Oracle).
