About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Advisor to join our team at HR Partners by Randstad. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment, assessment, and selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on guidance and support to hiring managers in reviewing resumes, shortlisting, and pre-screening of candidates
  • Conduct phone screening and pre-interview assessments
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support hiring managers in the development of effective Interview Guides
  • Participate in interviewing processes as part of the panel as required
  • Conduct reference checks as required, and support hiring managers through this process
  • Close off job requisitions in Kronos and ensure all unsuccessful candidates have been contacted
  • Support hiring managers with Letters of Offer and onboarding processes within the Kronos system

About You:

We are looking for a Recruitment Advisor with experience in volume recruitment and/or service set up projects. You should have a proven capacity to apply best-practice recruitment and selection processes and effectively support hiring managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in volume recruitment and/or service set up projects
  • Proven capacity to apply best-practice recruitment and selection processes
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to be solution-focused and hands-on
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate, prioritize, and deliver on multiple tasks and achieve deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
