AU$180,000 - AU$207,000 based on experience

Job Description

The Country Manager for Australia & New Zealand will be responsible for developing the end-to-end revenue growth strategy for the market, working closely with global and local teams to ensure flawless execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing financial forecasts and budgets for the Australia & New Zealand markets
  • Identifying key opportunities to drive revenue growth across channel strategy & optimisation, marketing, pricing & promotions
  • Evaluating and developing key B2B partnerships in collaboration with the Commercial team

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a fast-growth startup or scale-up. They should have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing business and marketing strategies in the Australian & New Zealand market, ideally with experience across marketing, e-commerce, and B2B.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience building and managing partnerships with brands, retailers, publishers, and content creators
  • A passion for audio content and technology
  • Ability to think on your feet and learn fast
