To support our growth, we are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to spearhead our efforts in Sydney.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will oversee sales operations, manage tender processes, and collaborate with various departments to create effective pricing strategies and sales plans.

  • Drive the negotiation and management of contracts throughout the sales process, from lead generation to closure.
  • Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions through efficient process management.
  • Regularly engage with clients through travel.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Finance teams to establish pricing strategies and sales plans.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage account-related tasks.
  • Participate in the annual sales meeting in Berlin.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted goals and expand market presence.
  • Promote the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Provide regular reports to the parent company in Germany on sales performance and market trends.

Market Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted markets.
  • Establish and maintain a robust professional network within the public transportation sector.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales and leadership positions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Sydney's business community.
  • Background in public transportation or software sales.
  • Ambitious self-starter with excellent marketing and customer awareness capabilities.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience.
