The Client & Market Growth team is MinterEllison's high-performing national business development function. This team supports the Partnership in achieving strategic objectives through the development and execution of business development and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with Partners to develop and execute successful business development and marketing strategies across the NSW Government and Dispute Resolution Business Unit portfolios.

This exciting opportunity will focus on strategy development and driving revenue growth across both client portfolios. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the DR BU Leader and NSW Government CRP in developing and executing successful market growth strategies.
  • Collaborating with Partners and Senior Lawyers to activate opportunities that expand the client footprint and market reputation.
  • Developing effective client strategies and account plans, identifying meaningful avenues to profile the firm's expertise internally and externally.
  • Leading the management of client service team plans and meetings, client planning sessions, and workshops.
  • Using data to identify strategic trends, insights, opportunities, share learnings, and drive informed decisions and solutions on marketing strategy.
  • Assisting with proactive development of pipeline pursuits and developing tailored pursuits for target opportunities.
  • Measuring, assessing, and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing and business development, identifying trends.
  • Designing and executing targeted campaigns in collaboration with the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team to enhance MinterEllison's market positioning.
  • Fostering collaborative and trusted relationships to support cross-firm collaboration and client opportunities.
