As a Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will have the opportunity to support and advise NUMs and staff of the Sustaining NSW Families team at Fairfield and Rosemeadow. The role involves working between the two sites, ensuring the fidelity of the program across both locations.
">Key Deliverables:
">- Recruit and engage clients for the two-year program.
- Ensure the high-quality delivery of services that meet the needs of clients.
Person Specification:
">- Be an expert practitioner with excellent clinical skills and knowledge in Child and Family Health Nursing.
- Have experience in facilitating evidence-based practice within CFHN.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
