About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Bakery Team as an Assistant Bakery Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong passion for food and shopping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Bakery Manager in leading, coaching, and supporting the Bakery Team to deliver a consistently good offer on our Fresh range.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to improve the bakery offer.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
