Senior Water Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Civil or Environmental Engineer to lead engineering design and provide advisory services for integrated water projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and be passionate about sustainable outcomes through collaboration and inclusive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be recognized as a technical lead on complex, multi-disciplinary land development projects and contribute innovative engineering solutions.
  • Manage small to medium-scale design projects such as waterway design, bioretention systems, stormwater harvesting schemes, and wetlands.
  • Contribute to stormwater management strategies that balance environmental and community needs.
  • Mentor and develop graduates and junior engineers, fostering our professional development culture.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in integrated water projects, with a focus on WSUD assets, waterways, wetlands, and alternative water systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple disciplines.
  • A keen interest in stormwater management, water quality, integrated water management planning, or environmental policy.
  • Previous experience within a consultancy environment, water authorities, and local councils will be highly regarded.
