Job Overview

TOMRA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Depot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our recycling depot.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a small team, providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and support to ensure maximum operational uptime and processing volumes.
  • Ensure compliance with TOMRA SAFE Standards and Guidelines, and develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the operational team to troubleshoot issues and maintain a professional and clean work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve depot efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in waste management and recycling.
  • Tertiary qualification in Frontline Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to motivate and support employees through ongoing professional development.
  • Customer-focused and experienced in handling customer complaints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
