Job Title: Senior Automotive Service Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Service Technician to join our team in Castle Hill. As an integral part of our dynamic service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional vehicle servicing and maintenance experiences to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle servicing and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are repaired to manufacturer standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and techniques.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to deliver seamless repair and maintenance solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service logbooks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough road tests and quality checks to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A valid Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate and proven experience as a Senior Automotive Service Technician.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • A valid driver's license and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
