Job Title: Healthcare Support Specialist

About the Role

In this position, you will work with patients over the phone, providing guidance and support through critical decisions. Your calm and empathetic nature will be essential in helping individuals navigate their health concerns.

  • You will use a triage system to assess patient needs and provide non-clinical advice.

We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills to become a qualified Health Advisor. This includes learning the NHS Pathways System and advanced triage tools.

Training Schedule

The part-time training schedule consists of six weeks, with classes held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings. The full-time option involves four weeks of training, Monday through Friday.

Throughout your training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a calm and composed demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure.
