What's the Role All About?
In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving sales and leading a large retail team through clear vision, strong operations, and hands-on coaching.
The store operates at a high volume, so we're looking for someone who can balance priorities quickly, coach on the floor, and maintain a sharp eye on detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a large retail team
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and in-store experiences
- Coach and develop team members with regular feedback, praise, and performance direction
- Manage daily operations, compliance, stock, and shrinkage with precision
- Provide clear delegation and follow-up to ensure smooth and safe store operations
- Foster a high-energy team culture with accountability and fun at the core
Previous experience as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment
Confidence managing large teams with multiple leadership layers
A level-headed, mature approach to leadership and problem-solving
Strong operational ability – particularly in stock, compliance, and team scheduling
Ability to coach on the floor while managing performance conversations constructively
BenefitsRoster: Ideally every second weekend and one Friday night per fortnight
Salary: Up to $39/hour (approx. $79k base salary) + Super + Incentives
