About the Role
  • Provide level 1 and/or level 2 technical support to clients through phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend shifts as part of a 24/7 roster to ensure unwavering support for emergency operations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar ICT support role, preferably with knowledge of IT service management practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to negotiate with stakeholders and achieve positive outcomes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current best practice in IT service management (ITIL Version 4 Certified).
